About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager collaborates with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives by prioritizing tasks, exceeding goals, and motivating the team to maximize store performance. This role involves cultivating a positive and safe team environment, maintaining merchandising standards to meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators, and assisting in the recruitment, coaching, and development of a productive and collaborative team. This position is typically equivalent to an Associate Store Manager at a Yellow Store.
