This is an entry-level supervisory position that manages the Retail Banker associates in conformance with established Bank policies and procedures. It is responsible for the efficient operation of the Retail Banker area, ensuring clients are served promptly and the Retail Banker office team balances at the end of each day. The role provides leadership in delivering consistent, predictable, and exceptional client experiences and refers additional services and products to clients. It motivates and leads the team to achieve goals and objectives, supporting all aspects of the office in conjunction with the Retail Office Manager while leading through influence and driving the associate experience. The position partners with the Retail Office Manager, Internal Control Specialist (ICS), and Retail Regional Manager to achieve the service and sales goals of the office. The Retail Assistant Office Manager is responsible for their own transactional drawer and meets the expectation of making all decisions on behalf of the Retail Banking Office in the absence of the Retail Office Manager. All associates at Capital City Bank, Capital City Wealth, and Capital City Home Loans have access to confidential client information and must practice discretion at all times.
