About The Position
Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager for their Johnstown, Ohio location. This full-time position requires 36-40 hours per week and involves supervising employees, teaching them to sort and price donations, and maintaining a passion for excellent customer service and product display. The company provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
Requirements
- Must have open availability
- Have previous management experience
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as bend, twist, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
- Pass a pre-employment background check
