About The Position
Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager for their Fredericktown, Ohio location. This full-time position offers 36-40 hours per week and requires open availability. The role involves supervising employees, leading donation sorting and pricing, and ensuring excellent customer service. The company is dedicated to providing training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
Requirements
- Must have open availability
- Have previous management experience
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as bend, twist, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
- Pass a pre-employment background check
