About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience for customers. The role interacts with customers as a sales lead, helps lead the customer experience, and works with the team to achieve sales goals. As a key holder, the Assistant Store Manager helps accurately and efficiently carry out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. The position also offers support in developing leadership skills and building a career path. This is an evergreen requisition for future openings at Store 1653-Bradley Commons in Bradley, Illinois. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and candidates may be contacted as positions become available. The position is regular, full-time, and pays $18.05–$20.05 per hour, with eligibility for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Pay varies according to qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
