About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. The role interacts regularly with customers, leads the customer experience alongside the store team, and strategizes to achieve team sales goals. As a key holder, the Assistant Manager helps execute maurices Standard Operating Practices efficiently and accurately, including opening and closing the store. The position supports the development of leadership skills and career growth. This is an evergreen requisition for future openings at Store 0655-W. First Street in Port Angeles, Washington. The posting remains open year-round, hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The role is regular, full-time, and pays $20.00–$21.91 per hour, with eligibility for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Full-time associates are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
