Retail Assistant Manager - Full-Time
About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. The role interacts regularly with customers, leads the customer experience alongside the store team, and helps develop leadership skills as part of a career path. The Assistant Manager works to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, executes store operating practices accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing the store. This is a regular, full-time position at maurices Store 1660 in Hanford, California. The hourly pay range is $20.15–$22.17, with monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. This is an evergreen requisition for future openings; hiring needs may vary and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
- Experience training and directing others.
- Ability to take initiative and participate in decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
