Requirements
- High-volume customer service experience
- Inventory management experience
- Safety operations experience

Responsibilities
- Drive excitement by selling candy, apparel, and souvenirs.
- Maintain a "picture-perfect" shop by restocking treasures and keeping displays sharp.
- Oversee the daily operations of specialized rental and attraction locations, including the Skycoaster, Scooterpals, and Lazy River tube rentals.
- Master the art sales and point-of-sale systems while processing park purchases and rental fees accurately and efficiently.
- Act as a safety ambassador, ensuring all rental equipment is in top shape and that guests are properly prepared for high-thrill attractions where safety is the #1 priority.
- Act as a one-stop shop for guest questions, providing helpful directions and a friendly smile to every visitor.
