About The Position

Assists with the development, analysis and validation of metrics and reporting related to retail banking. Supports department with special projects and ad-hoc reporting needs.

Requirements

Experience in a role demonstrating analytical skill required
Strong written and oral communication and computer skills
High level of attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Reporting tools including InformEnt.

Responsibilities

Assists with developing, maintaining and distributing key metrics reports for retail banking.
Supports ongoing measurement and analysis of reporting while providing accuracy and validation.
Provides ad-hoc reporting to retail banking department upon request to track and monitor product/sales/service and overall performance.
Works closely with more senior analysts.
Assists with the research and development associated with the department's analytical and reporting needs.
Helps identify trends and recognize opportunities for enhancement.
Support department initiatives and compliance efforts as needed.
