About The Position

Assists with the development, analysis and validation of metrics and reporting related to retail banking. Supports department with special projects and ad-hoc reporting needs.

Requirements

• Experience in a role demonstrating analytical skill required
• Associates Degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
• Strong written and oral communication and computer skills
• High level of attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Reporting tools including InformEnt.
• Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers

Responsibilities

• Assists with developing, maintaining and distributing key metrics reports for retail banking.
• Supports ongoing measurement and analysis of reporting while providing accuracy and validation.
• Provides ad-hoc reporting to retail banking department upon request to track and monitor product/sales/service and overall performance.
• Works closely with more senior analysts.
• Assists with the research and development associated with the department's analytical and reporting needs.
• Helps identify trends and recognize opportunities for enhancement.
• Support department initiatives and compliance efforts as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
