About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking well-spoken, energetic, and motivated individuals to generate leads in retail environments. This part-time position offers full-time pay and the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses. The primary goal is to schedule appointments, and success is directly tied to the number of appointments set. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to overcome objections, and a consistently positive attitude. While no experience is required, customer service, sales, or retail experience is preferred. The company offers growth and advancement opportunities for persuasive and outgoing individuals.
