About The Position

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION Robinson Oil Corporation, dba Rotten Robbie, is looking for a Retail Accounting Clerk to join the accounting team in our corporate office. The Accounting Clerk is a full-time position, working as a liaison between the accounting department and retail locations to ensure accurate financial reporting of daily retail activities. Requirements

• 2+ years accounting experience or equivalent education
• Excellent computer knowledge of Excel, Outlook, etc., and ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies and business processes
• Solid typing and data entry skills, 10-key
• Superior attention to detail
• Dependability and self-motivation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• High school graduate, some college preferred

Responsibilities

• Review store reports and verify against exception reports
• Research and resolve credit card retrieval requests
• Reconcile store related general ledger and bank accounts
• Accounts payable
• Miscellaneous data entry & report preparation
• Work with store managers to resolve accounting issues
• Backup other positions as needed and other duties assigned
