How you will make contributions that matter... Purchase all indirect supplies for the plant and office ensure proper approvals when needed. Places purchase orders and enters receipts into the Ariba system. Supports other users with Ariba questions/issues and acts as the main point of contact. Sets up contracts in Ariba for the plant. Manages the tax exceptions in Ariba. Provides & analyzes a daily production report for management and production personnel to assess efficiency. Maintains several spreadsheets that feed into other management reports. Calculates expense reports and verifies receipts. Updates Bill of Materials for new products and changes to existing products. Update product specifications as needed. Assists Accounts Payable with vendor invoice issues.

Requirements

• Two (2) or more years of related or equivalent work experience in accounting / administrative field within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Strong math / accounting skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Able to compute rate and percent and interpret graphs.
• Extremely detail-oriented and able to work at a fast pace while keeping data accuracy.
• High degree of professionalism, strong work ethic, and team player.
• Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
