Results Coordinator, Sports Medicine (Full Time)

Responsible for coordinating, staffing, and planning for the RESULTS wellness and sports medicine programs, as well as coordination and communication with facilities management and OCOM leadership for issues related to environment and facilities. Responsible for coordinating athletes’ schedules for training. Working with Peak and OCOM to schedule athletes at both locations. RESULTS is the program that provides specialized exercise instruction for the purpose of performance, technical and functional improvement to clients focused on the highest levels of athletic performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Sports management and performance required.
- Current BLS certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification preferred
- One (1) year in program development/ sales / business preferred
Responsibilities

- Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations.
- Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.
- Perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
- Follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
