About The Position

Janitronics Facility Services is hiring a part-time Restroom Specialist to clean and sanitize restrooms and help maintain a clean, healthy work environment for employees and customers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., at $16 per hour. The role primarily involves restroom cleaning, with other duties performed as needed. Specialists work with minimal supervision and are expected to meet company productivity, safety, service, and quality standards. Janitronics provides safety and chemical-use training in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment.
• Good organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Knowledge of English, including word meanings, spelling, composition, and grammar.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a janitorial or custodial role.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe handling procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail, dependability, integrity, flexibility, customer-service orientation, and ability to work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Clean toilets from top to bottom and scrub the inside.
• Empty restroom waste receptacles, spot-clean them as needed, and replace liners.
• Restock paper products and soap dispensers.
• Clean and disinfect fixtures, including doorknobs and handles.
• Clean walls, doors, mirrors, dispensers, and partitions as needed.
• Clean and polish restroom sinks.
• Follow company safety and security standards and programs.
• Maintain productivity at or above company standards with minimal supervision.
• Treat coworkers fairly and respectfully and communicate with supervisors and other employees.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Report needed supplies, repairs, safety concerns, and maintenance work to a supervisor.
• Maintain the quality of assigned duties and perform other duties as assigned.
