About The Position
Santa Cruz Post Acute is hiring a part-time Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to help our residents maintain and regain their physical mobility and independence.
Requirements
- Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Completed Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) training program.
- Patient, encouraging, and physically able to assist residents.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in long-term care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead residents through individualized range-of-motion exercises.
- Assist with ambulation, transfer training, and positioning.
- Support independent eating and restorative dining programs.
- Document resident progress and daily restorative treatments accurately.
- Report changes in resident physical capabilities to nursing staff.
