Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) – Full-Time Central Gardens Post-Acute | San Francisco, CA. At Central Gardens, we are dedicated to providing elite, personalized rehabilitation and nursing care. Requirements
- Must possess an active California CNA license and RNA certification.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience in a long-term care or post-acute environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate vital therapeutic activities, including specialized exercises, range-of-motion routines, and ambulation programs.
- Assist with therapeutic dining, proper splinting, and daily hygiene (ADLs) to ensure resident dignity and progress.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, including resident weights and care updates, utilizing Point Click Care (PCC).
- Proactively prevent skin breakdown through regular repositioning and the expert use of pressure-relief tools.
- Act as a key clinical link by reporting status changes to supervisors and participating in restorative program meetings.
