About The Position
Sunnyvale Post Acute is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse Assistant (RNA) to join our team for the AM shift. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive post-acute care environment focused on quality patient outcomes and teamwork.
Requirements
- Current RNA certification (as required by the state of California)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
Nice To Haves
- Prior post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist nursing staff with patient care and daily activities
- Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and care plans
