About The Position
Copperfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a Restorative Nurse Aide (RNA) to join their team. This is a full-time position with an evening shift (2p-10p). The company is a modern, state-of-the-art care center located near Cypress Fairbanks and Northwest Houston, featuring 124 beds with private and semi-private rooms. Their mission is to dignify and transform post-acute care.
Requirements
- Texas CNA and RNA Certificate is required
- Must possess and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of safe, restorative nursing care practices.
- Ability to verbalize and demonstrate appropriate knowledge of good body mechanics, as well as the ability to evaluate and document the effectiveness of the restorative care received by the resident.
- Outgoing, caring personality
- Time management and organizational skills
