About The Position
Copperfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Restorative Nurse Aide (RNA) to join their team. This role is crucial in dignifying and transforming post-acute care within a modern, state-of-the-art care center. The facility features 124 beds with spacious private and semi-private rooms, conveniently located near Cypress Fairbanks and Northwest Houston areas. Requirements
- Texas CNA and RNA Certificate is required.
- Must possess and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of safe, restorative nursing care practices.
- Ability to verbalize and demonstrate appropriate knowledge of good body mechanics.
- Ability to evaluate and document the effectiveness of the restorative care received by the resident.
- Outgoing, caring personality.
- Time management and organizational skills.
