About The Position

Brendan House, part of Logan Health, is looking for a compassionate and dependable Restorative Aide to support residents in maintaining and improving their highest level of independence, mobility, and quality of life. In this role, you will work closely with nursing and therapy teams to carry out restorative programs that help residents build strength, maintain function, and stay engaged in their daily routines. Requirements

• Current CNA certification preferred/required depending on facility requirements
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or direct patient care preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with nursing and therapy teams
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with restorative nursing programs and activities designed to support mobility, independence, and overall well-being.
• Assisting residents with walking, range-of-motion exercises, transfers, positioning, and other restorative care activities
• Supporting residents with activities of daily living while encouraging independence whenever possible
• Following individualized restorative care plans as directed by nursing and therapy staff
• Documenting resident participation, progress, and any changes or concerns
• Communicating with nurses, therapists, and care team members to help ensure continuity of care
• Promoting a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for residents
• Building trusting relationships with residents and supporting their dignity, comfort, and quality of life
