Restorative Aide (RNA / CNA) - Full Time Day Shift Henderson, Nevada Salary $19 - $24 / hr Type Full Time Experience 1 year Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift. 2 openings. Requirements
- Valid State Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- CPR Certification
- Restorative (Restorative Nursing Assistant) certificate - required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor restorative care programs designed to enhance residents' functional abilities.
- Assist residents with daily exercises, mobility activities, and range-of-motion exercises to improve or maintain their physical abilities.
- Provide support for residents using adaptive equipment and assistive devices as prescribed.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as getting in and out of bed.
- Help with personal and oral hygiene.
- Reposition immobile patients to ensure comfort and prevent bedsores.
- Monitor and assist with food, water, and medication intake.
- Take and report vital statistics.
- Observe and report any changes in patient behavior or health.
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
