About The Position

This role involves assessing and mitigating fire, water, and smoke damage in homes. Responsibilities include demolition, rebuilding affected areas (framing, drywall, flooring, paint, fixtures), and ensuring the home is restored to its pre-loss condition. Jobsite clean-up and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction are key components of this position.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years construction experience, ideally trade-specific
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass Background Check

Responsibilities

• Assess fire/water/smoke damage
• Mitigation of water, fire or smoke damage and debris
• Perform needed demolition
• Rebuild affected areas, including framing, drywall, flooring, paint, and fixtures—restoring the home to pre-loss condition
• Jobsite clean-up and emphasis on customer satisfaction
