About The Position
This role involves assessing and mitigating fire, water, and smoke damage in homes. Responsibilities include demolition, rebuilding affected areas (framing, drywall, flooring, paint, fixtures), jobsite clean-up, and ensuring customer satisfaction to restore the home to its pre-loss condition.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years construction experience, ideally trade-specific
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Check
Responsibilities
- Assess fire/water/smoke damage
- Mitigation of water, fire or smoke damage and debris
- Perform needed demolition
- Rebuild affected areas, including framing, drywall, flooring, paint, and fixtures—restoring the home to pre-loss condition
- Jobsite clean-up and emphasis on customer satisfaction
