This role involves responding to emergency property loss situations, mitigating damage in residential and commercial structures, and restoring customers' lives. Requirements

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in restoration
• IIRC certifications

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and mitigation
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
• Microbial remediation
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up
• Demolition (Demo Day!)
• Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
• Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy
• All other duties or projects as assigned
