Requirements

• Restoration or cleaning industry experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and willingness to grow

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience a plus
• IICRC certifications preferred (or willingness to earn)

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration and demolition work
• Learn to lead and coordinate restoration projects
• Maintain job documentation and safety standards
• Prepare job sites and manage equipment
• Communicate with technicians and supervisors
