Join Our Team as a Dynamic Restoration Supervisor! Are you ready to lead a team and make a real difference every day? Lead with Impact: Manage and coordinate restoration projects, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Team Captain: Communicate clear goals and expectations to your team of restoration technicians, guiding and supervising their efforts with confidence. Hands-On Action: Oversee project progress, document successes, and manage resources efficiently to achieve outstanding results. Growth and Innovation: Coach and train your team to elevate their skills, contributing to the growth and reputation of the SERVPRO brand. In this role, you will give an estimate of the work that needs to be done with incoming customer calls and dispatch the work to appropriate teams within the franchise.
Requirements
- A high school diploma/GED and valid driver’s license.
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning and restoration.
- Must have IICRC WRT certification.
- Ability to lift, climb, and work in varying spaces, with a knack for physical tasks.
