Requirements

Minimum two years of restoration industry experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A professional who enjoys meeting customers and asking for the business.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Xactimate experience is highly desirable but not required. We will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Respond to incoming residential and commercial leads.
Inspect water, fire, mold, sewage, and other property damage.
Prepare accurate, professional estimates.
Explain the restoration process and answer customer questions.
Follow up consistently and close the sale.
Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth transition into production.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first visit through project approval.
