About The Position

This role involves conducting on-site inspections of damaged properties to assess and document damages, collaborating with the Estimating Team to create accurate estimates using Xactimate, and updating customers on claim status. The position requires serving as a trusted advisor to customers, presenting approved scopes of work, and securing signed agreements. Additionally, it involves building and nurturing relationships with insurance adjusters and maintaining meticulous documentation of site data, estimates, proposals, and customer communications.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed Sales Goals.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, on-site inspections of damaged properties, identifying and documenting all structural, electrical, plumbing, and other system damages.
• Collaborate with the Estimating Team to provide documentation for creating detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate.
• Update customers on the status of their claim and explain the restoration process, timelines, and costs.
• Present the approved scope of work, answer customer questions, and help them navigate the decision-making process.
• Secure signed agreements and ensure projects transition smoothly into production.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with existing and new adjusters.
• Collect and compile all relevant site data, including measurements, photographs, and notes.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates, proposals, and customer communications.
