About The Position

This role involves conducting on-site inspections of damaged properties to assess structural, electrical, plumbing, and other system damages. The advisor will collaborate with the Estimating Team to provide documentation for accurate estimates using Xactimate and update customers on claim status. The position requires serving as a trusted advisor to customers, presenting the scope of work, answering questions, and securing signed agreements. Additionally, the role involves building relationships with insurance adjusters and maintaining organized records of estimates, proposals, and customer communications.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed Sales Goals.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, on-site inspections of damaged properties, identifying and documenting all structural, electrical, plumbing, and other system damages.
• Collaborate with the Estimating Team to provide documentation needed for creating detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate.
• Update customers on the status of their claim and explain the restoration process, timelines, and costs.
• Present the approved scope of work, answer questions, and help customers navigate the decision-making process to secure signed agreements.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with existing and new adjusters.
• Collect and compile all relevant site data, including precise measurements, comprehensive photographs, and detailed notes.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates, proposals, and customer communications.
