About The Position

At Blue Kangaroo Packoutz, we help people rebuild after disaster. As a leader in contents restoration and packout services, we specialize in supporting homeowners and businesses through fire, water, and property losses with professionalism, care, and urgency. We’re not just restoring belongings — we’re restoring peace of mind. If you want a career where your work truly matters and your leadership makes an impact, you’ll find that here. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Project Manager to lead restoration packout and contents projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys managing people and processes, and takes pride in delivering excellent results. As a Project Manager, you will be a key driver of project success, ensuring timelines, communication, and quality are executed at the highest level. Blue Kangaroo PACKOUTZ is a comprehensive contents cleaning and restoration company. We’re focused on utilizing industry best practices for the handling of personal and business assets. Our work is so important because we’re restoring what people value most. Clients seek out Blue Kangaroo PACKOUTZ after fire, water, mold, or other damage—it’s a very sensitive situation they’re facing, so we work hard to make the restoration process seamless and stress-free. We look for individuals with skills such as truck driving, warehousing, sewing, woodworking, crafting, cleaning, and other restoration-related activities. We also know that not everyone comes to us with these skills. That’s why we put each specialist—those with or without training—through an in-depth and comprehensive training program. Each Blue Kangaroo PACKOUTZ member learns the entire contents restoration process while honing in on their specific cleaning or restoration skills. It’s all a part of our ongoing support and training experience.
