About The Position

Paul Davis is seeking a Restoration Project Manager (RPM) to manage the renovation and repair of residential and commercial properties after traumatic events such as fires or floods. The RPM will work with owners and sub-contractors, control and communicate the budget effectively, and spend significant time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly. This role involves building foundational relationships based on trust, actively listening, and managing a team to achieve successful project completion. The company is an industry leader in restoration and reconstruction, emphasizing customer service, dynamic decision-making, and leadership. RPMs will have autonomy over their schedule after training and opportunities for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the renovation and repair of damaged residential and commercial property after events like fire or flood.
  • Control and communicate project budgets effectively.
  • Spend time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly.
  • Build foundational relationships based on trust.
  • Actively listen to clients and team members.
  • Manage a team to complete projects successfully.
  • Meet operational objectives for Sales, Gross Margin, and Brand Experience.
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R.
  • Confirm budget and work orders before the start of a project.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Participate in local community events.
  • Build relationships with key customers (direct and B2B).
  • Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesmen.
  • Continuously learn about improving results and setting proper expectations.
  • Learn new things daily about construction and building homes.
