Requirements

Experience managing construction, restoration, reconstruction, or insurance-related projects
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt to changing circumstances

Nice To Haves

Restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold, storm, or reconstruction)
Construction project management experience
Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters
Knowledge of Xactimate or similar estimating software
Understanding of residential and commercial construction practices
IICRC certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish
Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and timelines
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
Communicate regularly with homeowners, commercial property owners, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders
Monitor project progress to ensure quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Review estimates, change orders, and project documentation
Maintain job costing and financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Resolve issues and obstacles quickly while maintaining positive client relationships
Conduct site visits and inspections throughout project execution
Maintain accurate records within company project management systems
