About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Reconstruction Project Manager to join our LIGA team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys managing projects, solving problems, staying organized, and building strong relationships with clients and team members. You will manage reconstruction projects from start to finish while keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and up to our quality standards.

Requirements

Experience in construction, restoration, or project management preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Good problem-solving skills and a practical approach to challenges.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Dependable, patient, and consistent with strong follow-through.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.

Nice To Haves

Experience with project management or estimating software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and resources.
Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal team members.
Review estimates, scopes, change orders, and project details for accuracy.
Keep project documentation organized and up to date.
Identify and address issues before they become bigger problems.
Provide consistent updates and follow through on outstanding items.
Build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Ensure projects meet company, safety, and quality standards.
