Requirements

  • Restoration: 3+ years of experience in the Restoration Industry.
  • Leadership Pro: 1+ year of supervisory or project management experience.
  • Technical Savvy: Deep knowledge of mitigation labor, professional supplies, and restoration equipment.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to inspire a team.
  • The Basics: High School Diploma and a Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and mentor a diverse team of Assistant Production Managers, Crew Chiefs, and Technicians.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead daily Work-in-Progress (WIP) meetings to coordinate resources for efficient production.
  • Quality Standards: Train the team on SERVPRO® mitigation guidelines and ensure strict compliance with all safety and uniform policies.
  • Performance Culture: Provide regular feedback and conduct annual performance evaluations to help your team grow.
  • Rapid Response: Lead our "1-4-8" commitment—contact the customer within 1 hour, have a crew on-site within 4, and provide updates within 8.
  • Expert Scoping: Conduct clear pretesting and scoping of services to create accurate project cost estimates.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage project timelines and production costs to maintain established rates and maximize profitability.
  • Asset Management: Ensure all vehicles, equipment, and facilities are well-maintained and in working order.
  • Elite Representation: Act as the face of the company for homeowners, property managers, and "Centers of Influence" (COIs) such as insurance adjusters.
  • Problem Solver: Promptly resolve customer concerns and complaints to maintain our reputation for excellence.
