About The Position

We are seeking a Restoration Manager to lead our emergency mitigation operations throughout the Jackson area. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will oversee crews, build relationships with customers and adjusters, coordinate projects, and help families and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and storm losses. This role is ideal for someone who understands restoration, not just management, and is looking for an opportunity to grow into a leadership role with a company that values teamwork, integrity, and taking care of people.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in water, fire, mold, or storm restoration.
  • Experience leading restoration crews, field technicians, supervisors, or multiple job sites.
  • Strong understanding of drying equipment, mitigation processes, and emergency response.
  • Experience working with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and restoration documentation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, OCT, etc.) are highly preferred.
  • Candidates with extensive restoration experience who are willing to obtain certifications are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with restoration software such as DASH, MICA, Encircle, PSA, Job-Dox, Xactimate, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple mitigation crews across residential and commercial restoration projects.
  • Coordinate emergency response for water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage losses.
  • Schedule technicians, equipment, and resources for maximum efficiency.
  • Meet with homeowners and commercial property owners during emergency situations and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work directly with insurance adjusters and carriers while ensuring compliance with carrier guidelines and documentation requirements.
  • Review drying progress, documentation, photos, moisture readings, and job quality.
  • Coordinate project handoffs with the Reconstruction team.
  • Train, coach, and develop technicians while creating a positive, accountable team culture.
  • Jump into the field when needed to support your team.
  • Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
