We are seeking a Grazing Collaborator & Subcontractor Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day coordination, readiness, field performance, and continued development of our network of grazing collaborators across multiple geographic markets. This is a highly mobile, field-focused position for someone who understands grazing and livestock operations and enjoys working directly with farmers and other independent partners. You'll serve as the primary day-to-day connection between MNL and our grazing collaborators—helping prepare them for upcoming work, ensuring they understand project and customer expectations, visiting their sites to evaluate execution and field conditions, addressing performance concerns, and helping strong collaborators continue to grow with us. You'll also help us strengthen and expand the collaborator network by identifying potential partners, understanding their capabilities and capacity, helping them prepare to successfully work with MNL, and providing the field-level insight that helps determine which collaborators are the right fit for future projects. In addition to working with grazing collaborators, you'll also provide field oversight of other subcontracted vegetation management work, particularly while traveling in markets where we do not have regular field presence.
