About The Position

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to the success of our projects. You’ll plan, organize, direct, and supervise daily crew activities — and you won’t hesitate to jump in with labor or equipment operation when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in construction, oil & gas, or related work
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to build solid working relationships
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to pass drug, background, and MVR checks

Nice To Haves

  • Strong skills in pipeline ROW restoration, finish grading, and seeding

Responsibilities

  • Lead and model safe work practices
  • Manage daily crew operations, schedules, and productivity
  • Keep projects on track, on budget, and up to quality standards
  • Assign tasks, support your team, and oversee performance
  • Troubleshoot issues to keep work moving
  • Complete accurate daily/weekly reports
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations
