As an Architect in our Restoration & Renewal Practice, you will evaluate existing buildings, diagnose architectural and envelope deficiencies, and support design strategies for renovations, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation projects. You will contribute to design development and technical documentation. With support from your team, you will work on projects in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, ideal for architects eager to grow their technical, creative, and preservation focused skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with building envelopes and architectural system design principles.
  • Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn.
  • Detail-oriented approach and ability to apply architectural concepts carefully, with sensitivity to historic contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations of building envelopes, interiors, architectural systems, including historic materials and assemblies.
  • Prepare clear, detailed reports, drawings, and visual documentation for project teams and clients.
  • Participate in site inspections, field testing, and condition assessments.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to develop practical, code-compliant solutions.
