About The Position
Voda Cleaning & Restoration of South Kansas City is hiring a Crew Chief to lead restoration and cleaning projects across the KC metro. This is a hands-on leadership role with steady year-round work, paid training, real advancement, and a team that has your back. We help homeowners and businesses recover from water damage, mold, odors, and other property issues across the Kansas City metro — with a focus on quality, integrity, and customer care. Requirements
- 1+ year in restoration, cleaning, mitigation, construction, or a related field preferred
- Leadership mindset and strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable with mobile apps and basic technology
- High school diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- IICRC certifications a plus (WRT, AMRT, CCT, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Lead crews on water, mold, fire, and cleaning jobs
- Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
- Keep jobs running safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Handle job documentation and equipment tracking
- Train and mentor new technicians
- Perform carpet, tile, and specialty cleaning as needed
- Set up, monitor, and remove drying and restoration equipment
- Keep equipment and job sites organized
