This role is approximately 60% field production work and 40% customer communication and documentation.
Requirements
- IICRC certification (WRT and ASD preferred)
- Proven experience leading a mitigation crew or serving as senior technician
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and active job sites
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Restoration experience is required

Responsibilities
- Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to completion
- Perform and supervise demolition, drying, moisture mapping, and equipment setup
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and insurance adjusters
- Document jobs thoroughly (photos, notes, moisture readings)
- Ensure safety compliance and quality control on every project
- Manage 1–2 technicians per job
- Maintain vehicles, tools, and drying equipment
