Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability to work overtime and some holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from the Des Moines area
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
Nice To Haves
- Prior industry experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess and manage water/sewage damage restoration projects
- Remove damaged materials and set up drying equipment on-site
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor
- Maintain clear and positive communication with team members and customers
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Drive company vehicle to job sites, following all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Document all aspects of mold remediation using industry software
- Lead and supervise assigned crew members on job sites
