The Restoration Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and performing the construction phase of ecological restoration projects, ensuring that restoration designs are implemented effectively, safely, and in accordance with project specifications, permits, and environmental regulations. This role coordinates closely with contractors, field crews, clients, and internal technical staff to support the successful execution of restoration initiatives, including activities such as site preparation, stream and wetland construction, vegetation installation, and related restoration construction practices. This position may require out-of-town or extended stay work based on specific project locations. Working over weekend hours is not anticipated. In addition to construction oversight, this position contributes to broader project management efforts within the North Carolina office and surrounding region. The Restoration Construction Project Manager supports project development, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination while helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate project teams, monitor construction progress, address field challenges, and maintain alignment between construction activities, project goals, and client expectations.
