As a facilities manager, you understand that relationship‑building and a keen attention to detail is crucial when overseeing the life cycle of a project. As an experienced facilities professional at Booz Allen, you can use your client engagement skills to impact projects that will modernize and create efficiency in Marine Corps capital investment planning and facilities restoration and modernization (RM) program management. We need someone like you who is eager to work on complex projects that’ll help strengthen infrastructure readiness, support critical funding decisions, and ensure the Marine Corps can maintain and modernize the facilities essential to mission success. On our team, you’ll manage challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. Using computer‑related facilities management software and your problem‑solving skills, you’ll oversee work and guide staff to develop creative solutions on mission‑critical RM planning, budgeting, and execution management projects across Marine Corps installations. In this role, you’ll closely impact Marine Corps facilities and infrastructure investment by developing long‑range RM plans, tracking year‑of‑execution performance, supporting congressional notifications, analyzing obligations and deviations from plan, and drafting RM program guidance used in annual planning cycles. With mentoring opportunities, exposure to challenging projects, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. Work with us as we facilitate projects that impact Marine Corps facilities RM and capital investment programs for the better.
