About The Position

As a facilities manager, you understand that relationship-building and keen attention to detail is crucial when overseeing the life cycle of a project. In this role, you’ll closely impact federal real property and asset management missions by conducting analytic reviews to identify demolition candidates, drafting demolition plans, managing spend/phasing plans, and ensuring high‑quality correspondence and documentation is prepared for government approval. Requirements

Knowledge of federal facilities management processes, asset categorization (CCN), or demolition program workflows
Ability to draft technical plans, reports, and official correspondence for government review and approval
Ability to develop and revise spend or phasing plans supporting facility projects
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Planning, or Public Policy and 10+ years of experience gathering and analyzing facilities data to develop demolition or disposition planning products, or Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing facilities data to develop demolition or disposition planning products

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting federal real property or demolition program management
Knowledge of ATA correspondence processes or federal review and approval workflows
Master’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Planning, Public Policy, or a related field
PMP, LEED, or related facilities certifications
