About The Position

The Restocker replenishes products in the warehouse as needed during the shift and performs other warehouse duties as requested by a supervisor. The position is full-time, with scheduled hours between Sunday and Wednesday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM. End times vary according to business needs. Employees use a wearable scanner and are expected to meet department productivity standards, follow safety protocols, keep the warehouse clean, and prepare the work area for the next day. The role involves extended periods of standing and moving throughout a warehouse that is not temperature-controlled. Employees may work in humid conditions, around moving mechanical parts, and at heights greater than six feet. Fans are provided. The work environment also includes occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles and usually moderate noise. ABC describes itself as a family-owned, growth-oriented organization. Requirements

Be at least 19 years old.
Pass drug and background checks before starting work.
Speak and understand job-level English.
Have a positive teamwork attitude and be reliable and trustworthy.
Be able to remain standing for long periods, upwards of 10 hours at a time, and move throughout the warehouse.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds of product.
Be able to reach with hands and arms for product and use hands to work with and feel product.
Be able to frequently climb and descend ladders or lift platforms that may be greater than six feet.
Be able to move the body to access products above or below body level that are out of reach.
Have the close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus needed for the work.
Warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Restock products in the warehouse as needed during the shift.

Follow all ABC safety protocols.
Promptly report and clean up spills, breakage, and other issues.
Maintain minimum productivity standards for the department.
Assemble boxes for the split-case line.
Clean, sanitize, and keep the warehouse tidy.
Prepare the work area for the next day, including charging equipment and organizing the area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
