About The Position

The Utility position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. They are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe. Additionally, the utility position clears plates and cleans tables in the dining room and helps stock the buffet.

Requirements

• Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods
• Keeping the dishwashing area clean and safe
• Clearing plates and cleaning tables in dining room
• Helping stock buffet

Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into the dish machine
• Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
• Unload dishes and utensils from the dish machine and organize them properly
• Clear dishes and silverware from dining room tables and clean tables and chairs
• Re-stock buffet food as needed
• Empty trash containers regularly
