Requirements

  • Early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to interact with guests and staff in a busy and dynamic environment.
  • Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of menus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the set up and clearing of tables, and ensure a tidy and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Stock all service stations and assist servers with table service when needed.
  • Run food to the appropriate table in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Help set up and clear tables, stock service stations and assist servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, confirming order accuracy before presenting to guests and addressing any special requests or modifications.
  • Greet guests in a prompt manner, seat guests and issue menus.
  • Set up buffet station with hot and cold items; including beverages, fruits, pastries and other breakfast foods.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared according to health and safety standards.
  • Arrange tables and seating areas to create a welcoming environment.
  • Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed.
  • Ensure the work area is clean and organized.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained.
  • Always provides the highest quality of service to guests.
  • Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management.
