LV Petroleum is looking for Restaurant Team Members to join our growing team! We are hiring Cooks, Hosts/Hostesses, and Servers who are friendly, dependable, hardworking, and ready to provide an excellent experience for every guest. Our restaurant team works together to create a welcoming environment, prepare and serve quality food, and keep the restaurant running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes and company standards.
Cook food to the proper temperature and quality standards.
Operate grills, fryers, ovens, stovetops, and other kitchen equipment safely.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
Properly store, label, and rotate food and supplies.
Assist with stocking and inventory as needed.
Work with servers and other team members to ensure orders are prepared accurately and timely.
Help maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
Greet guests promptly and warmly as they enter the restaurant.
Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
Manage the waitlist and communicate estimated wait times when needed.
Answer guest questions and assist with requests.
Keep the entrance, host stand, and dining areas clean and organized.
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
Assist with clearing and resetting tables when needed.
Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
Help create a positive experience for every guest.
Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
Accurately take food and beverage orders.
Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and other team members.
Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to their needs.
Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas.
Accurately process guest checks and payments.
Answer questions about menu items and provide recommendations when appropriate.
Work closely with hosts, cooks, and other restaurant team members.
Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when necessary.
