Restaurant Team Member Part Time
About The Position
Restaurant Team Members provide friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. They take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, address customer needs, process payments, and help ensure high-quality food service. Team members maintain a clean and sanitized work area and prepare orders safely at kitchen stations such as sandwich, fry, or grill stations. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role may also involve cross-training in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 25 pounds or more.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Provide general customer service, including taking food orders, answering menu questions, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
- Accurately and safely prepare customer orders at kitchen stations, such as the sandwich line, fry station, or grill station.
- Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions and provide fresh, safe products.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
